ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Arbitration Court held a short sitting this morning. From the discussion, there are indications of several disputes being settled without recourse to the Court. In the mußterers' dispute the union was unable to show it had complied with section 105 of the Act, and the Court finally decided to strike the dispute out, as it appeared very doubtful whether the union could, by the production of the minute-book, prove compliance with the requirements of section 105. An application to amend the general labourers' award was dismissed.
