MALARIA OUTBREAK.
Newcastle, Sept. 20. The barque Kelburn has arrived here from Santa Rosalia. There are cases of malarial fever aboard. The voyage was protracted owing to the vessel being shorthanded. One apprentice succumbed to the fever.
