The Dairy Congi'>s recommended tienations represented to prohibit the im portation of butter from countries not accepting obligations regarding substances mixahlc with butter, or not possessing efficient controlling organisation able to secure the purity of butter. The Congress also recommendthe prohibition of butter not provided with a State guarantee mark.
