THE SUSPECTED PLAGUE CASE
Per Press Association. Timaru, Friday. Dr. Mason, Chief Health Officer, and Dr. Finch (Canterbury), arrived here to-day to examine the young man suspected to be suffering from plague. Dr. Mason declares that it is not a case of plaguej but merely mild blood-poisoning. The patient is recovering.
