Bcceived Sept. I'.), 10.25 p.m. The Hague, September 19. Queen Wilhelminu attended the agricultural show at The Hague. Messrs. Btachey, W. P. Beeves, and Taverner were presented to the Queen, who expressed great interest in the congress. The Hon. W. P. Beeves and Mr. Taverner interviewed the Minister for Agriculture and discussed the question of legislation. The Minister hoped the British committee's proposal for complete Government control would pass the congress and strengthen him to obtain similar legislation. The congress later adopted a resolution advocating State control of dairies and dairy products.
