A- Whitianga resident, when riding along the beach at Matarangi Bluff between IVhangapoua and Kuaotunu found a pitch-pine spar, 14ft long, broken at both ends. It is like part of the foretopmast of a vessel of about the tonnage of the missing Constance Craig.
