'' Following is the Supreme Court liat 1 for the sitting on Tuesday:—Criminal—[j Oliver Goldsmith, horse-stealing; William Charles Whitfield, perjury; James | and Robert Leslie, assault causing " bodily harm; Eria Tutarakauika, horsestealing); James Vincent Crimmins and John 'Thompson, theft from the person; and Pubaka Makarini, assault causing bodily harm. Among the civil cases is that of Dr. Morrison against the Gisborne Times, claiming £3OOO damages for alleged libel contained in an article dealing with the management of the hospital.
