LOCAL OPTION IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
A FRACTIONAL MAJORITY IN ONE ELECTORATE. Received Sept. 14, 1.10 a.m. Sydney, September 13. The Gloucester electorate squeezed no-license through by four-fifths of a vote. The necessary three-fifths majority required was 2851 1-5, and the nolicense vot s polled totalled 25.12. A recount is certain to be asked for.
