Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A tram conductor named Melville struck his head against an iron pole . supporting the overhead wires, and was taken to the hospital. His injuries are ■ not believed to be serious. Frank Taylor, aged 15 years, fell down a lift about sixty feet at the Wellington Woodware Company's premises today, having a leg broken and an arm severely injured. He is now in the hospital.
