WHAT'S WANTED. Farmers who are interested in raising draught horses will be glad to learn that the purebred Clydesdale stallion What's Wanted will be located in the Omata district this season, Mr. A. X. .Mills having just purchased this line specimen from Mr. F. A. Bremer, Armadale stud, Okaiawa. What's Wanted is very superior type of Clydesdale, and his stock show particularly good quality. He is a bay in color, with grandlyformed limbs, well-ribbed body, and strong, short-coupled back. His sire, Armadale, was got by Glengyle from Ihe noted champion mare Nancy, one of the test horses that ever trod a New Zealand show-ring. At the Armadale stud sale in 1004 What's Wanted was passed in at 210 guineas, and has since been at the stud in Southern Taranaki, where, amongst the many noted sires that have travelled, he has always been i» considerable favor."
