Per Press Association. Dunedin, last nignt. The Young Men's Christian Association building campaign, having for its object the raising of £17,000 for a new building is now fairly"started. Yesterday being the flrßt day was necessarily partly absorbed in preparatory work, yet the sum of £BO4 18s was collected by members of the various teams engaged 'in , collecting To-day's collections amounted to £1057 lis, and this brings the total up to £5573 os. This include* three donations of £IOOO each, one of £SOO, six of £SO, one of £3O, one at £25, and four of £2O, while the donations of less than £2O amount to £938 Bs.
