THE CUSTOMS' INCIDENT. COUNTER-WRITS ISSUED.
Received 29th, 930 pin. Sydney, August 29. The latest in connection with the wire netting incident is that the Federal Government has issued a writ against the firm of carters who removed the wire from the Customs control, whilst the New South Wales Government has issued writs against Che Commonwealth, one io the High CoHH claiming a refond of duty'paid in 1902, and another In the Supreme Court for duty paid in Jane last.
