Per Press Association. Dune Sin, August 26. Tho claims of the relatives of the miners who were killed by "damp" when entering the Nightcaps mine recently have been settled out of Court for £2OOO and costs. The widows of miners Carson and Duncan receive £9OO each, and the children of Wolsh £4OO.
