Dunediu, August 23. In connection with the proposal to make the dccr-stnlking season uniform throughout the colony, the chairman of the Otogo Acclimatisation Society stated at a meeting to-day that the Society had decided to recommend that the reason be opened on April 15th, and closed on May 31st, thus shortening the open season by a fortnight.
