NEW FLYING MACHINE.
Paris, .lime 30. Captain von Korvvin, chief of the aerostatic section of the Austrian Army, who [is in I'aris. claims to have solved the question of aerial flight, says the ! Herald.

The principle of ray flying machine is different. I can rise straight from a level field in any direction, and can move at any altitude.
