Prisoners have been placed in Goold's cell since the moment of his arrrest, j with a view to drawing him out in eon- ( versation, and to the autlioi 1ties any admissions. Rcutcr's Marseilles' correspondent reports that Goold has taken a sudden turn for the worse. The Public Prosecutor was informed that Goold was seized during the night with a delirium nightmare of the crime, 1 screaming that his legs had been cut oil, and removed in a bag. He attacked his 1 cell companions, tearing their clothe 3 1 and raining blows on their heads.
