Paris, August 15. A French destroyer has been sent to Isaraish (El Arai.-ln, on the coast north of Casablanca, to Teassure the European inhabitants. French newspapers complain in the limitation of the troops' effort* in Morocco through the instructions given to the Spanish troops creating a conflict of authority and a dual command. London, August 15. > The Gibralter authorities are greatly inconvenienced by the influx of refugees from Morocco.
