THREE GREATER MONSTERS TO BE LAID DOWN. Received 16th, 11.15 p.m. London, August 16. It is stated at Portsmouth that another Dreadnought is to be bid down in November, and two elsewhere. All •re to be completed in two years, and are heavier than the Dreadnoughts now building.
