Per Press Association. Wellington, Auyust 10. At llio Supreme Court, the jury disagreed ill the ease of Joseph Norman, charged with indecently assa lilting a lad, and a new trial was ordered for Monday.

At the Supreme Court to-day, Henry Turner was I'ouud not guilty of indecent behaviour. John Byron Hamilton was convicted of liurglary at La cry and Co.'s store, and pleaded guilty to receiving stolon goods in connection with other burglaries in Wellington. Sentence was deferred. Christchurch, August 10. At the Supreme Court to-day, William Barnard Rhodes Moorhouse was acquitted on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the motor fatality at New Brighton in March last.
