THE GOVERNOR'S TREACHERY. HORRIBLE ATROCITY. Morocco, August 14. The Moorish Governor of Casablanca has been found to be in possession of loot taken during the massacre. Also groat quantities of merchandise were found hidden among his stores. Many horrible atrocities are reported. One Spanish baker was roasted in his own oven. The Madiona tribe while returning home with loot taken at Casablanca was attacked by other tribes. Stubborn flghtiag ensued for several hours. OSRMAN ALLEGATIONS AGAINST FRANCE. Berlin, August 14. The nswipaper Berliner Tageblatt and Kptafcehe Zeltung (Cologne) publish telegrams from Casablanca accusing Ttftatk officers of being the aggressors in the flrst affray, and stating that the fresch troops fled, and that the town Was saved by • Spanish detachment! The publication of these allegations has disturbed the satisfaction of the Tmeh people at Germany's refraining "Interfering with operations in Itaoeeo.
