ENGLISH TEAM FOR AUSTRALIA. London, August 14. Tho Marylebone Cricket Club has canfelled the invitation to Arnold to join the team to tour Australia, as he ho* not yet replied. Perrin has been invited in his place. Sydney, August 15. The secretary of the Board of Control is alarmed at the refusal of prominent cricketers to join the English team to visit Australia. In view of the liability undertaken by the Board, the whole position may have to be revewed.
