THE RESIDENCE CLAUSE.
Per Press Association. ' Blenheim, August 14. The Marlborough Land Board has tacitly acknowledged the justice of the settlers' claim to reside off the small sections near the road in the township ot Flaxbourne, pending the completion ot the railway which was promised when the sections were taken up.
