MUTINOUS SEAMEN.

Per Press Association. Wellington, August 8. George Bailey, Robert Mountain, and Jamos O'llyrno. wore before the S.M. Court to-day, charged with disobeying the orders of the captain of the steamer Juvertay on the high seas. The defence was that the men were badly fed, and the vessel was undermanned. Mr. Iliddell, S.M., sentenced each of the acand ordered them to pay the costs, cused to two months' imprisonment, .Further charges against the accused were withdrawn. The Invertay is expected to get away for Hampton Roads to-morrow.
