THE IDAHO TRIALS.
London, July 29. The New York correspondent of the London Times states that many of the Labor Unionists will regard the verdict in Haywood's case as the result of the agitation in New York for his acquittal. These ignorant foreigners throughout the country will believe the Labor unionists have won a great struggle against their enemies, and against the Government, and that law is arranged on the side of their enemies." The correspondent declares that Haywood's trial cost the State of Idaho" £IB,OOO, and £30,000 was spent on the defence.
