ARREST OF ALLEGED BURGLARS.
Per Press Association. I Wellington, July 28. A detective yesterday apprehended four men on suspicion of being the perpcuvlors of the recent roliberies, including jewellery and money of the value of XIOO from Hie residence of Air (!<T'iM Fitzgerald, jewellery and roomy totaling £l5O in value from Mr T. ft. MiO.rrhy's house, a silver -watch hvja Mr< Hannah Watson's, and jewclbry valued at £lO from the Masonic Ho ; a!, Wellington. The names of the acen-rii are Cyril Cosgrove, alias Furlong, Cio. Ferris, William Robert Sinclair, t.tid [ John Hamilton. Cosgrove arrived recently from Tasmania, and the otVcr thicc from South Africa. Hainill -n and Sinclair were taken in their lO'gmgs, where detectives were concealed in a wardrobe. Hamilton was in possess! m of a loaded revolver.
