Its value is inestimable. Received 20th,-12.27 a.m. Sydney, July 25. Under Mr Mitchell's will, in addition to donating the library, £70,000 is left to endow it. A special Gazette has been issued, oxpressing regret at the death of one of the greatest benefactors of the State. '.
