MAGNIFICENT BEQUESTS. Sydney, July 25. Obituary—Mr D. Mitchell, donor of the famous Mitchell Library. The library is the most complete collection of Australian and Oceanic literature in existence. Its value is inestimable. Received 20th,-12.27 a.m. Sydney, July 25. Under Mr Mitchell's will, in addition to donating the library, £70,000 is left to endow it. A special Gazette has been issued, oxpressing regret at the death of one of the greatest benefactors of the State. '.
