IRISH EVICTED TENANTS BILL. London, July 24. The Prime Minister, Sir H. CauipbellBamnerman, induced the House of Comatose to authorise him to apply the cloture to the discussion on the Irish Evicted Tenants' Bill. The leader of the Opposition, Hon. A* 3. Balfour, declared that (be late Government had regarded the closure as a drag to be administered to a sick patient. The present Government treated it as members' daily food.
