THEATRICAL TRUST. London, July 18. Herr Krlanger states that the theatrical syndicate is not a combination of existing organisations, but for legitimate purposes—to acquire Vaudeville and other theatres, 'o be conducted on American lines. The principal London theatrical managers deny participation in the scheme.
BOMBAY GOVERXOK RESIGNS. Bombay, July 18. Lord Lamington has resigned the position of Governor of Bombay, owing to his wife's ill-health.
I COLLAPSE OF A BUILDING. Ottawa, July IS. A large business building in London (Ontaio) collapsed and buried hundreds of people in the ruins. Fifteen were killed and 12 injured. The rest were I rescued.
