GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE DKUDES AGAINST PROPOSAL. Received 17th, 0.2 pjn. London, july 17. The Daily Telegraph states that a Government committee, consisting of the Right Hon. Lloyd-George, Right Hon. Sydney Buxton, Mr Walter Kuncituan. and Mr Winston Churchill decided aginst the All Red Route, chieliy on financial grounds. It is expected that the Cabinet will I endorse the decision.
