PARIHAKA ROAD BOARD.

The usual monthly meeting of the Parihaka Road Hoard was hell on Wednesday. July llltli. There were present: Mc-srs Rother.v I chairman), Uuggaii, Young, O'Rorkcan I Willcox.

Permission was given to Mr I'orteous to split blocks on Opourapa road on payment of royalty, and also to put in a culvert on Kahui road, the Board to supply timber. Opourapa road.—Notice of motion was given to rai-e an additional 1(1 per cent on thi- loan which is 127 2s lfld overspent. I bail road special rate.—lt was decided to get a new petition for this, making it a half penny rate, for two years. Tile usual accounts were passed for payment, and the Hoard rose.
