BEVOLUTIONARV MANIFESTO.
CAPTURE OF BRIGANDS.
Beceived 10th, 9.43 pjn. St. Petersburg, July 10. Revolutionary committees at St. Pctersbnrg have issued violent manifestos attacking the Tzardom for depriving the people of all rights previously conceded. Nine armed brigands attacked a cashier of the Moscow-Kezen railway in a street at Moscow, using bombs and revolvers. The police, having been previously warned, raptured four, killed one and ■evenly wounded three. One escaped.
