POPULAR CONTROL. Per Press Association. DuneQin, July 8. The New Zealand Bowling Association this evening passed a resolution by a two-thirds majority, rescinding the previous resolution and amending the constitution of the Association by abolishing the executive as at present elected, and providing for the formation of centres for the government of local matters, such centres to nominate representatives in the j association who shall conduet the business of the association in lieu of the present representation nominated by clubs. It was also resolved that a sub-committee be set up to draw up a new constitution and report at a special meeting to be held in July. The motion was just carried, after a lengthy and somewhat heated discussion. PORT CHAIMERS FIRE FATALITY !

Thinking he heard voicst*, he threw the child below and hoped somcoue would catch her. Ho then fell on the window and remembered no more.
