SLY GROG CASES.
Per Press Association. " Christchurch, June 29. Dullar, the fruiterer, whose premises were raided by the police, was found guilty in the Magistrate's Court of sly grog selling, and was fined £SO oi; a month's imprisonment. On a charge of being an idle and disorderly person, he was convicted and discharged. The man Foggerty, who was found on the premises at the time of the raid was remanded. Invercargill, June 29. The hearing of the charges against Edward Morrah, of keeping and exposing liquor for sale within the no-license area was proceeded with on Saturday. Mr. McCarthy, S.M., dismissed the information, but in doing so said that defendant had come perilously near the linn, and. that if he came before the court again it would not be treated as a first offence.
