CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
AGAINST COLLIERY MANAGER.
Received 18th, 9.47 p.m. Sydney, June 18. At the Quarter Sessions Wilson, manager of the South Clifton Colliery, was charged with manslaughter in connection with the tunnel collapse on April 30. After hearing evidence the Judge recorded his acquittal by discharging the jury.
