GIANT RAILWAY PROJECT
TO CONNECT RUSSIA WITH AMERICA. CZAR GRANTS A CONCESSION. Received lOtli, 0.48 p.m. St. Petersburg, June 10.
It is now announced that the Czar has ratified the resolution of the Council of Ministers in favor of granting a Concession for the construction of a railway from Konsk to the Behring Straits, and a submarine tunnel under the Straits to America.
