At the conclusion of the Egmunt Licensing Committee's business yesterday, Mr Stubbs referred to Mr iti'ddell's d'epariuie and propised a hearty vote of tbaals to him. a.- (hainnan of the committee, for the courtesy and aflenlion given to members and to (lie business of (he committee.
