Tin: opening meet look place yesterday afternoon in Ihe paddocks adjoining the Hell Jilock factory. The 'course chosen Fur Ihe -drag" was an excellent one. and some very line jumping was witnessed. The uc.vl meet will he held here in die vicinity of Sentry Hill on Thursday week. If die lirst meet is to be taken as a criterion die club is in for a very successful season.
