NEW SOUTH WALES' STATISTICS

INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITY. Received 4th. 10.42 p.m. Sydney, June 4. The official report dealing with various industries in the State, shows that last year the number of establishments was 3838, compared with 3708 during the previous year, while the number ci employed was males 50,888. and females 17,870, compared with 65,111 males and 16,064 females in 1005. Increases were general, notably in the building and iron trades.
