The whole of tho morning was occupied with the hearing of charges of breaches of the award by the drivers' and painters' unions for employing non-unionists, paying less thau the stipulated wages, and not paying in ea»li. Pines-of M, plus the fees, were imposed in nearly every instance. • A e mple of cartel's were fined 10s for accepting less than the standard wage. In the llax millers' dispute there were a number of compensation cases. the typographical union digpute will „ be considered.
