ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
l\-r Press Association. Christchurch, June & Ail elderly mail named Hubert Evans was run over by a steam tram in Oath' edral Square. The man was attemptting to board a special tram for Sumner. and missed his footing, falling beneath the ear. Tie was shockingly mutilated and died in a few minutes. Deceased had been employed at the Addington Workshops, and leaves a widow jand seven children.
