THE 'FRISCO DISTURBANCES. New York, May 20. The disturbance in San Francinco arose through two unionists dining lit a Japanese restaurant. Other unionists demanded their expulsion or surrender of their unionist cards. A refusal led to a mob of unionists attacking the rostaurant. The police were inadequate owing to the street rallwty strike. ,
