SEQUEL TO CRICK CASES

Received 30tli, 11.20 p.m. Sydney, May 30. The Full Court has been occupied for three days hearing the ease in which Crick was called upon to show cause why he should not be struck off the rolls. Counsel for Crick argued that the Lands Commission was shot in any sense a judicial tribunal. The Chief Justice expressed the opinion that the findings of Jusjtice Owen, as a Royal Commissioner, were a decision.
