DIVORCE COURT.
Wellington, May 30. Mr Justice Button to-day granted a decree nisi on the application of Elizabeth Vine, for the dissolution of her marriage villi George Vine, now of Gisliorne, on grounds of respondent's drunkenness and failure to support. The parties were married at Christchurcli on •25th .March, 1880.
