The ', Earl, of Meath states that, these allied peoples look to each other for practical sympathy, protection and co-operation, ami he appeals to the rising generation to be ready in time of need, to think of labour, bear hardship, excel in the practice of faith, courage, duty, self li--cipline, fjir dealing, even justice, good citizenship, loyalty, patriotism and sympathy, thus elevating, strengthening and consolidating the Empire and race.
