PREMIER'S &ISSION SUCCESSFUL. K. London, May 24. /The Hon. Thomas Bent has arrived at a fair satisfactory arrangement with the London and Westminster Bank, who retain the inscription of Victorian loans upon terms enabling Victoria to save a lot of money, since the inscription wi 11 in future cost about the same as that paid by South Australia, but the Bank assumes no responsibility. Mr. Bent returns to Melbourne via Canada.
