OCEANIC COMPANY'S WITHDRAWAL.
Per Prcs9 Association. Auckland, May 24. In a statement to a llerald representative to-night, Mr. Sproul, manager of the Oceanic Company in New Zealand, said the cable to Sydney also applied to New Zealand, and the offices in Auckland and agencies throughout the colony would probably be closed by June 30, the furniture, fittings, etc., being sold.
