At the inquest on Poster, the victim of the tram accident on the fourteenth, the coroner found that tho driver, Lloyd, and the conductor, Wanniek, were drunk at the time the accident occurred, nnd incapable of properly dls.cliarging their duties, also that tile 'Collision was the result of Lloyd's grossly careless driving. Lloyd was committed for trial on a , charge of manslaughter. The verdict does not affect Wanniek.
