The following appropriation of this amount was recommended: To payment of a dividend at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum, half of which was paid to shareholders an November 5, 190(1, 118081 ;is 'ld, leaving n balance to be carried to the credit of the profit and loss account of CIIH2 7fi fid. The report and balance sheet were adopted.
