THE STORY OF THE KELLY GANG.
Of all the stirring incidents in Australian criminal history, perhaps the deeds of the notorious Nod Kelly and his gang of bushrangers are most stirring. Tlie entertainment to be provided by Mcssj's. J. and N. Tait on Thursday evening at the Theatre Royal should be of special interest to lovers of sensation, as it deals with the most notable events in the criminal career of these men. Messrs. Tait's operators have carefully studied authentic records of the Kelly incident, and the pictures when exhibited iu Melbourne were said to have been pronounced by a number of people who participated in the chase and capture of 'Ned Kelly to be surprisingly accurate. Kverv incident of importance that occurred during this reign of terror is depicted. culminating with the final capture of Ned Kelly. The armour worn by ]iim when arrested, now in tlie possession of Janet Lady Clarke, of Melbourne, was lent to Messrs. Tait for the purposes of this picture. The box plan is now open at the Dresden.
