Mr. N'gata, who has been weatherbound at (lisborne, is expected to reach Auckland on Thursday. A great deal of data iu connection with King Country lands has already been prepared, . .ind it is expected that the sittings there will be concluded, in about ten days. Speaking to-day to n Herald representative regarding the probable effect of the Commission's labors on the settlement of native lands, Sir Robert Stout said: "Tbere is no doubt the lands will bo set tied, but it will, of course, take a little time. People must not be impatient and • ■xpeet everything all at onee."
